Prescription refill requests for chronic medication submitted before 10 AM, your prescription will be ready for pickup at our office or a pharmacy of your choice the following working day. Requests made after 12 PM will be processed for the next working day, excluding holidays or clinic closures.

When submitting your request, please be sure to include:
– Medication name. (e.g., Paracetamol)
– Dosage  (e.g., 2 x 400mg)
– Quantity (e.g., 2 boxes)

This ensures a smooth and accurate refill process.
